Our History
Established in 2019 by Kyle Graves, who got into logistics 5 years ago working for a digital freight broker where he leveraged his experience in the software world to create efficiencies in the logistical world. After creating a process and procedure that allowed the company to become UPS Number 1 Vendor, he decided that there was something missing in the industry — the human element.
He decided to build a logistics company with the idea that man and machine could come together, thus, creating a better way forward for shippers to move their goods. Because he believed that software and automation can help humans be more efficient but should never replace them, he started Synergy.
A man who grew up in the woods of New Hampshire followed the old adage, “Go West,” and moved to Arizona, There, he learned all about the fast-paced society we live in and how to help improve the society while keeping the work ethic and integrity of New Hampshire,
